A chunky cardigan knitted in 2 x 2 rib with the yarn held double. The sleeves are picked up around the armhole, knitted down and gathered into the cuffs. The collar too is picked up, worked in 2 x 2 rib, folded over and finished on the inside. The button bands are picked up and knitted in 2 x 2 rib to contrasy and finished with 5 big buttons to detail.
